The 40 Days for Life prayer campaign aimed at ending abortion will run from March 5 through April 13th in front of Planned Parenthood in West Ashley. In addition to praying that babies will be saved, we also pray for healing for those who have had abortions and for the conversion of the workers at the abortion facility. This is not a protest, but rather a peaceful prayer vigil and a community witness to the sanctity of life. To prepare for the upcoming campaign, a free informational breakfast will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church in West Ashley (1400 Manor Blvd) on Saturday, February 22nd, at 9:30 am. Come meet others passionate about making a difference in our culture and offering tangible support to women in need. The event will feature a buffet breakfast, an explanation of the logistics of the campaign, and words of inspiration. RSVPs appreciated by texting or calling Anne at 843.437.3190.

This year's speaker is Melissa Ohden, an abortion survivor. Attire is business formal or "Sunday best". The banquet is the biggest fundraiser for Lowcountry Pregnancy Center and DAZZ.
